OK I haven't posted in a long time.
What can I say I have been busy. Since the last time I have run the St Louis Half Marathon, completed 4 weeks of physical therapy, bought a new road bike, ran the Berryman Marathon, went on an epic mountain biking adventure at Lost Valley in the mud, and now I am sick. All that and race season has barely even started. It is going to be a good season.
My "A" race for the year is the Woodriver Tri if I can shave 10 minutes off my time from last year I will be in good shape to win my age group. The question is are there 10 minutes to shave?
